• This end-user Software Usage License Agreement pertains ONLY to the application SOFTWARE PRODUCT developed by Abuzar Consultancy and does not include any hardware (Computers, Printers or Network Accessories etc) or any system software (Operating Systems, Network Operating system, Database Management System etc). Provision of all such facilities will be client’s responsibility.
• This License Agreement gives the client right to use the software for a period of one year from the date of installation. Abuzar Consultancy warrants that the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials and user training provided by Abuzar Consultancy for this period. After expiry of One Year (from the date of installation) Annual License Renewal Contract must be done for Rs.7, 000 per year, if the client wants to use the software for next year. This License Agreement is Non-Transferable and is valid only for the original licensee of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
• Abuzar Consultancy categorically states that this end-user software usage license and the subsequent warranty, service, & version upgrades are ONLY for the application SOFTWARE PRODUCT developed by Abuzar Consultancy. During Purchase it helps in comparing the price with the previously offered price of this item in order to check the prices given by different suppliers. It also helps in generating purchase orders for suppliers. It has the ability to set reorder and optimum level check-points for all items and automatically points out the needed item based whenever their stock gets decreased from the reorder level. It can also order items based upon the forecast of future sales/consumption based upon the previous usage pattern of the item.

The software has the facility of making Sales as well as Issues (to different departments of a manufacturing organization). After issuing items it decreases the stock so that the stock in hand quantity is updated online and remains correct up-to the last second.
